Composite Video Cable

The most common cables that have been used in the entertainment hardware are the composite video cables. These are typically three cables that are linked that can provide let and right audio and also video. These have been seen as something that can provide what the old cables can not.

The composite video cable have been gradually going out of date though as there has been an advancement in technology. With the new HDTV, the composite cables have been something that has been seen as out of date. With the people buying the newer televisions and newer accessories, the composite cables will be considered out of date.

Some of the reasons for the replacement of the composite video line have been for a number of reasons like:

- restricted bandwidth
- limiting quality
- too many cables

The newer cables for the high definition are suited for the new technology and some of the older hardware can still be used as there are methods that are still offered to those that haven't the means of converting everything to the new cables. The composite video cable has been one of the major stepping stones that technology has undertaken and shown where it has taken a significant change.

The composite audio cable has also been one of the cables that has been used in computers as well. This has been something that has been used with the audio to make many of the stereo configurations possible. This has been a cable that has been seen in more than just one or two areas of the technology field, but throughout all of it overall.

Much of the older cables before composite was limiting with what it could support and this made out for some limitations that were annoying when the technology required a higher data transfer rate than what they were willing to offer. So as technology advanced so did the means of the data transfer.

The composite video cable has been something that may not leave the technology world entirely. It has shown that it can meet so many needs and as there have been advances in the technology world, they have not been enough yet to warrant this cable's dismissal as of yet. The cable may be out of date in a few years, but there are many that think this is still too premature of a guess.
