Jeep Scrambler

The CJ-8 Jeep Scrambler was a model of the Jeep brand that was in production during the times of 1981 and 1985. There were less than thirty thousand that were made and these were not the most popular of the Jeep brand.

These were the first of the jeeps that were fashioned as a hybrid of the jeep and the pickup truck. The Jeep Scrambler lacked a number of things that were later added to the larger Jeep Cherokee. Some of these were:
- quadra suspension
- independent anti-locking brakes
- larger engine base
- full four wheel drive

The Jeep Scrambler has been one of the first jeeps to be seen with a pickup theme to it. This made the Jeep Scrambler a vehicle that was something that was very unique when if came out and something that was not ready for the time that it was available. This is one of the things that is very sad for those that have gained a taste for the style that has become a past thing.

With all the innovations of the newer models the Jeep Scrambler has been the foundation to many of them. This has been something that has made the Jeep Scrambler a very important stepping stone in the world of the Jeep brand as there are a number of models that have used one thing or another from this model as a foundation stone to the other vehicles that are in the market.

The Jeep Scrambler is still a Jeep model that has had a level of demand and that has been an inspiration to the Jeep company to consider making a revamp of this model to be released. If this will happen is still subject to their whim.

With all the transformations that Jeep and the automotive lines have taken, it would be a sight to see in what they could do with the Jeep Scrambler model if there were such a demand in the reproduction of this model that has been a target to some of the most impressive revamps that have been seen in the market by automotive gurus.

Some have thought that it would just look like the Jeep Cherokee, yet there are also others that see that there has been too much time between the Cherokee and today.
